On the Town stars Gene Kelly, Frank Sinatra, Ann Miller, and Betty Garrett. It is known for being set in New York City and the songs "New York, New York", and "Prehistoric Man". Ann Miller's dancing during the "Prehistoric Man" scene is a very popular.
